The Smart-Flow® PRV complies with the latest requirements for DOT 117/TC 117 regulations and is the latest external pressure relief valve from Midland.
The Smart-Flow's lower flow rate minimizes product loss and environmental challenges, while providing excellent durability in a pool fire. In addition to being compatible with new tank car builds and retrofits, its compact profile (< 9") helps prevent shearing.
Also available as part of Midland's convenient DOT 117/117R solutions, designed to help customers meet the latest requirements for high-hazard flammable trains (HHFT) and high-hazard flammable unit trains (HHFUT).
