Smithfield, NC, February 15, 2024 — OPW Retail Fueling, a global leader in fluid-handling solutions, is happy to announce that it will be exhibiting in Booth No. 514 at the Western Petroleum Marketers Association’s upcoming WPMA EXPO 2024, which will be held from Feb. 20-22 at The Mirage Hotel in Las Vegas, NV.
At the show, OPW will be highlighting its completed Flexible Vent Pipe System portfolio of products. After launching its FlexWorks V20 Vent Pipe in 2023, which is now available in 2” and 3” diameters, OPW will be debuting the final addition to the family at WPMA: the VSE Vent Transition Sump, which is one of the industry’s best solutions for every vent-transition application.
The VSE is an at-grade sump constructed with a fiberglass base and a powder-coated steel top. The laser-cut top features a lockable access hatch with field-tested water-shedding ability. The powder-coated and light color finish allow for less heat absorption for enhanced service life. The tops are fully customizable and shipped with pre-cut vent-stack entries. Rigid Entry Fittings (REF) are included with the pre-cut sump top, with UV-resistant caps provided. The base is OPW’s DSE Dispenser Sump model, which is manufactured using Sheet-Molded Compound (SMC) technology that allows it to provide best-in-class quality, including consistent wall thicknesses and smooth walls inside and out for strong bonds with entry fittings. A Vent Stack Modular Rack System is constructed of rust/corrosion-resistant galvanized steel that can be configured in heights from 4 to 12 feet.

Additionally, OPW will be showcasing its Pre-Plumbed DSE Dispenser Sump at the show. The latest member of the E-Series family of sumps, the Pre-Plumbed DSE sump was created to help retail fuelers save time, reduce installation variability and reduce installation costs at their sites. The Pre-Plumbed DSE is shipped to the retailer outfitted with factory-assembled and tested components, including a DSE Dispenser Sump that utilizes the SMC manufacturing method for consistently smooth sealing surfaces inside and out, and the 10-Plus Emergency Shear Valve, the industry standard in shear-valve performance and safety. The Pre-Plumbed DFSE is compatible with Wayne Ovation and Gilbarco Encore dispenser tops, and features pre-installed Rigid (REF) or Hybrid (HEF) entry fittings, stabilizer bars, flex connectors or NPT pipe nipples (Rigid Risers), and all elbows and tees.
